A national sales tax would be the fairest, unless tariffs can replace these taxes altogether. Wealthy people tend to buy more things and more expensive things, so they would be paying more taxes. Although I would like to see food and basic clothing exempt from a sales tax, just like they are in some states, like NJ.

Congress has to pass a bill, which limits the size of any bill to less than 50 pages...it should not cover all kinds of non-related items. It is too easy to stick special interest items into them, which are not in the best interest of all Americans.
