The Big 1100 page Beautiful Bill does leave one wondering about everything that is in it. Do Congressmen read every page in order to make the right decision? It is a major concern, when there are that many pages or far more in bills that come before Congress. I really don't believe it would be possible for Congress to make good decisions that would benefit the American people, when there are pork issues in these bills that pass without scrutiny.
