Thank you for keeping us informed. These bills make my head spin. I live in Florida, but I have family in Texas and Kentucky, so I sent them this information.

Have you come across the health care bills in Florida attempting to keep us out of mandatory reporting? HB 305/SB 222. I tried to read through them, and was wondering if they actually do what they claim. I know you are extremely busy, but if you have already looked them over, we would appreciate your opinion. God bless you, we pray for you and your family.

Super well written Tom. Please write more on what can/will happen if we DONT stop this. Our population has learned (sadly) how to respond to fear

I’ll start:?CBDC will enslave every person permanently. As in forever. As in no escape.

Mr Renz,

According to the original articles Congress has the power to:

"To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;

To provide for the Punishment of counterfeiting the Securities and current Coin of the United States."

According to this banks are counterfeiting our money. They regularly 'coin' money and regulate it's value. You have a credit/debit card no doubt. The banks coined this money!

Don't expect Congress to do anything. They can't even arrest Fauci which they have the power and authority to do. There is a jail in the US Capitol.

All money is information. Why not distribute it to all the people in the form of an electronic coin, that Congress can easily regulate.

Tom

I'll bet Congressional representatives that voted, or plan to vote, against the proposed Bill in their state would welcome a copy of your five paragraph Amendment. That could make their job a lot easier in explaining why their Colleagues should vote Nay.

Wouldn't it be great to be a fly on the wall when the Nays propose that Amendment?

I wanted to thank you for the light shown on this subject. But here in South Dakota we are not out of the woods yet, the legislature can still override the Governors veto. March 27th we will find out who is for this radical anti-American agenda. Liberty in the Lord!

This was certainly an eye opener piece. You've gained a new paid subscriber.

I never knew that individual States had any authority whatsoever over currencies. Didn't that go away with Continental currency?

Interesting (and sad) how the red states are falling in line with the Left and its centralization of power. Although while the Democrat party has done untold damage to the nation -- never more so than under the current maladministration -- the establishment wing of the GOP are hardly any better. The War Machine must keep turning and the banking system is the grease.

NBDC (Neighbourhood Bank Digital Currency)? CBDC (Community)? SBDC or PBDC (State or Province)? NABDC (NAtional)? would be better I think. But never Central.

Thank you for this article. It was very helpful in articulating the problems with the current UCC bills. I ran across this CATO Institute article "Is the UCC Paving the Way for a CBDC?" Author Nicholas Anthony says no, although CATO has consistently expressed concerns about CBDC. Can you comment? https://www.cato.org/blog/ucc-paving-way-cbdc
