While I am honored to have people from around the world subscribed here, I am from Ohio, and we have a debate going on. Back around the time that Obamacare was passed, states around the country were furious about people being forced to buy insurance. As a result, Ohio amended its Constitution to include Article 1 Section 21 which stated:
We're wasting precious battle planning time relying on the law/DOJ/Attnys General. We need #LOCUS to turbo-charge our awakeness. The citizenry must learn about the Asymmetrical Wars we are fighting. These are actual wars against us, about 6-8 of them (educ, economic, food, energy, weather modification, public healthcare, etc.) Watch for #LOCUS, I'll send it to you - uses Reed's Law of Network Forming (the current tech law, after Moore's and Metcalf's). Some of us ARE using it (GlenBeck/Infowars/SteveBannon). The IT definition: Reed's Law is when a distributed group of nodes (people) have a common goal (patriotism) and are offered communications and coordination, the nodes will coalesce and can be managed using network strategies. THINK ABOUT IT> Metcalf's Law of 20 people = 20x20 = 400. But Reed's 20 people = 2 to 20th power = > 1 million. I'm a lawyer/technologist, VP at Sirtaf_dot_net. I'll be in touch.
I wish you were here in the UK Tom. We don't have different state laws here, alas our laws are led by our treasonous government and a Queen who removes herself from politics... apparently. I hear Prince Charles is a visitor to Davos. I wish there was a photo.
The UK are getting a stronger voice, knowledge is power but we need to trust the correct knowledge and the people delivering it. I think 50% of the UK knows enough now to not trust their Gov.
Out of approx 66 million people.
19.2 million UK people did not take the jab.
31 million took one jab.
16 million took 3 jabs.
The official number of deaths from COVID on the death cert from MARCH 2020 - DEC 21. 17,500. Not 160,000 like the lying BBC
Apparently our Govs next move is to tell the regulators of health care staff to be registered as a doctor, physio, nurse etc they have to have the COV jab.
I hope all of those staff leave and join the hundreds of others in setting up alternative health.

The article is excellent and your criticism well done. Sadly, I think our legal system is terminally ill/corrupt. The most reasonable tactic could be to let the black hats continue to act up and attack every incident, find a liberty judge, go for injunctive relief. Meanwhile, educ the public-at-large and use (2) tactics: Shun/ignore/go "Ghandi" on them -- always go for a trial jury and use "nullification." // NULLIFICATION is our nuclear option and we're ignoring it.
This is only one of so many things that must be fixed robustly to assure American values and freedoms are recovered and retained for our next generations. So, concerns continue about how “we the people” will get all that needs to be done, done -- given motivations are waning as restrictions are lessened.
Although it is encouraging to see wins in court – like the success of your team in Boston and the recent success of Leslie Manookian’s team at HFDF in taking down the “travel” mask mandate – my sense is that there is too little coordination between the various teams that are successfully fighting tyranny.
Hopefully, this view is incorrect, but if not, perhaps a loose federation among the teams having winning strategies would help improve the chances of success, by improving coordination and helping to assure competition remains friendly and constructive. Just a thought.
