The fight for freedom marches on. We are making progress but there is a LOT to do. I’ve committed myself to spending the rest of my life in this fight unless God has a different plan. To that extent, the Substack is doing well and we need to expand it. Along with more updates, today I’m announcing a brand new addition to my Substack publication: the Tom’s Newsletter subscriber chat.
This is a conversation space in the Substack app that I set up exclusively for my subscribers — kind of like a group chat or live hangout. I’ll be active on this as often as possible.
To join our chat, you’ll need to download the Substack app (messages are sent via the app, not email). Turn on push notifications so you don’t miss a chance to join conversation as it happens.
Please help us share this. We win our freedom by standing together and educating everyone to the truth while we continue to fight in the courts and politically. The truth will literally set us free if we can share it.
How to get started
Download the app by clicking this link or the button below. Chat is only on iOS for now, but chat is coming to the Android app soon.
Open the app and tap the Chat icon. It looks like two bubbles in the bottom bar, and you’ll see a row for my chat inside.
That’s it! Jump into my thread to say hi, and if you have any issues, check out Substack’s FAQ.
I’ve already started my first chat thread so come on over and say hello!
For those that are worried about another app and privacy - I certainly get it. I will absolutely still be involved in comments as much as possible so I’m not abandoning the comment section for the app… just checking the interest. It appears there is a fair bit so I’ll probably use it but will still be here. There are times I want as much input as possible and that is a good forum to do that. Ultimately I always try to be accessible but am busy 16 or more hours most days so there is a limited amount of time to fight bad guys, educate people, push for political change, and still be a dad/husband.
Dirty Secret - I used to work in IT many years ago and keep up with it as a hobby (which I have zero time for). While I hate the lack of privacy, to be completely honest, if you are on the internet in any way you are being tracked. Unless you are taking incredibly extensive steps there is just no anonymity whether you use an app or not.
Yay!! Thankful for the opportunity. You are always so gracious in your willingness to listen to us. Thank you Tom🙏!
