Wow! 62% increase in civil cases in 2020 that were pretty much ignored? Between Covid and the elections, that explains a whole lot of injustice.

Speaking of strange occurrences in the courts, I’m only at the beginning of this realization and need to do more digging, but it looks like my landmark case was deleted from the records. I’m wondering how many others might have been deleted.

In the late 1990s into the early 2000s, I was involved in a civil case against a strip club. The lower courts in Colorado ruled that sex assault was an inherent job risk there.

It was taken to the Colorado Supreme Court and that ruling was overturned setting legal precedent that there is no job in which a sex assault can be assumed as an inherent job risk.

I can’t find the case now.

Neither can AI.

I still need to do more digging before I say for certain that the case has been deleted. However, after all I’ve seen over the past six years, it would not surprise me.

Has anyone else experienced this?
